Finance Director

• Investor backed SaaS businessWe are excited to be partnering with an investor backed SaaS business who are looking to bring on an exceptional Finance Director who will partner directly with the CEO to drive the company's strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity where you will oversee the day-to-day financial management of the business, further develop the finance function, systems, and processes, and direct the accounting operations.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Director will interact with all levels of the organisation.


Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and refine internal financial control policies, systems, and processes to support company growthOversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring precise and timely reportingCollaborate with department heads and senior management to devise and monitor financial plans, budgets, and cost-control measuresLead budget and forecast processing, maintaining financial models and standard templates for planning processesEnhance reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insights to external stakeholders and senior managementProvide coaching and development opportunities for the finance teamRequirementsACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifiedHands-on experience in an early-stage growth business Experience with SaaS metrics
