Lisa Wright Recruitment are currently recruiting a Purchasing Administrator to work for a reputable company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.Working within the purchasing team, you will be responsible for placing orders for spares with suppliers, productcreation, pricing and stock control.
Purchasing Administrator duties will include:
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Chasing suppliers for shipment dates
- Managing engineer van stock replenishment
- Completion of shipment documents
- Handle queries regarding parts deliveries
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills
- Good problem solving skills
- The ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- To be a good team player
