    We are looking for a proven, high-performer Account Executive for the EMEA region to join our world-class global GTM team. You will get the chance to join a powerful and global sales team and will be using your skills, expertise, and energy to make a huge impact.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Clearly articulate and demonstrate IncrediBuild value , creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects as well as analyze with them their ROI using the Incredibuild Platform .
    • Follow-up via phone and emails on inbound leads and meetings booked, or outbound to existing customers / new logos, creating and nurturing a healthy pipeline and generating qualified opportunities.
    • Identify prospects' key questions, needs and pain points and translate those for the marketing teams to inform VOC and content creation
    • Closing small and large deals, , crushing your quota
    • Assisting in developing initiatives that focus on strategic plans to boost the company's growth

    What you'll need

    • Minimum of 5 years of software sales experience, strong preference for background in sales to Developers / DevOps
    • Experience in Enterprise sales, some preference to gaming, financial services and embedded software sales background
    • Very technically savvy
    • Strong hunting and account management skills, a strong passion for customers
    • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Self-motivator, strong research skills
    • Responsiveness, accountability, positivity, and hunger for success
    • Fluent in English – must
    • European languages: German, French, Swedish - a must
    • Experience working in a fast-growing B2B setting.
    • Track record of over-achieving quotas
    • Attention to detail with strong listening capabilities, strong follow-up, very good with and other sales software
