- Work closely with stakeholders, developers, product managers, business analysts, and support teams to define the product and user experience strategy.
- Participate in design reviews, team meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
- Come up with new ideas and creative solutions and work on improvements.
- Present concepts to stakeholders, and iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
- Push the visual and interaction design forward and help maintain its cohesion by designing and documenting design systems and guides.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of designs.
- Good communication skills in English.
- A clear understanding of usability, user-centred design, and web standards.
- Adobe Suite tool (Illustrator and Photoshop in demand).
