Mandate:

Take lead on the SAP PLM pre-design phase - scoping, planning, costing, gathering requirements, preparation of small pilots to present to stakeholders.

Once the pilot is signed off, you will take lead and optimise their implementation of and use of SAP PLM platform and the associated Consumer Packaged Goods Sub processes & R&D.

Responsibilities:

You will have expert experience with the implementation and integration of SAP / Siemens or 3D PLM platform and the CPG sub-processes (eg R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain).

Experience building a pilot pharse design and scope planning and then lead into E2E implementation and integration with S/4 Hana

You will enable SAP PLM to help streamline product development, improve collaboration, enhance decision-making, and ultimately bring high-quality products to market more efficiently.

Take lead on the integration and data migration to SAP PLM throughout the S/4 Hana implementation

Skills required:

• You will have extensive recently experience on both design, pilot and implementation of PLM Platform (SAP, Siemens or 3D)
• You will have personal gravitas and soliand have a strategic approach to building design through to E2E implementation.
• Full lifecycle of PLM including compliance, innovation, cross marketing, supply chain
• Understanding of E2E innovation / PLM processes (across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain functions)
• Experience in implementing PLM applications
• Understanding of how data is used during S/4 HANA integration
• A key part in this transformation is the integration and implementation of SAP PLM in a Supply Chain and Marketing context.
