Job Summary

Come and join us as a Recovery Practitioner in Woking to make a difference improving the lives of those with drug and alcohol issues

This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.

If you were working here now, your week ahead would look like:

Delivering excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
Managing a case load, coordinate, and deliver assessment and evidencebased interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multidisciplinary teams.
Support volunteers, peer mentors and service user representatives, engaging them to actively take part in WDP services.
