Job Summary
Come and join us as a Recovery Practitioner in Woking to make a difference improving the lives of those with drug and alcohol issues
This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
- Delivering excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Managing a case load, coordinate, and deliver assessment and evidencebased interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multidisciplinary teams.
- Support volunteers, peer mentors and service user representatives, engaging them to actively take part in WDP services.
