Are you a Warehouse Operative with experience in handling dangerous goods? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our busy warehouse team in Heston, Hounslow.


Shifts: 4 on 4 off, from 19:00 to 07:00.


Salary:
£23,000 + £5,000 shift allowance


What will you be doing?


As a Warehouse Operative in our dangerous goods department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Picking and Packing Aircraft Spares: You will work with precision and meet tight deadlines to ensure accurate picking and packing of aircraft spares, maintaining efficiency throughout the process.

Inspection, Stocking, and Inventory Cycle Counts: You will conduct thorough inspections of goods, stock them appropriately, and assist in inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate record-keeping.

WMS Updates and Document Scanning: You will be responsible for updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with relevant information and efficiently scanning documents for proper documentation.

Adherence to Customer Processes and KPIs: You will follow customer-specific processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain excellent service standards and meet client expectations.

Handling of Dangerous Goods Material:Your expertise in handling dangerous goods will be essential, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining the integrity of the goods throughout the warehouse operations.


Requirements:


About You:


Experience:
Prior experience working in an aircraft stores or similar environment is highly desirable.


Dangerous Goods:
Proficient in handling dangerous goods and adhering to safety protocols. Current DG certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.


Attention to Detail:
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes.


Initiative:
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining productivity.
