This one's for senior associates that have one eye on Partnership but can't see the path at their current firm over the next few years.
A client I have worked repeatedly with over the last few years has a desire to add a corporate senior associate, as they have looked carefully at the makeup of the team and have come to the conclusion that there is a slight PQE gulf between their Partner level solicitors and their team of assistants.
Available is an exceptional client bank that would be yours to walk into and a chance to take on the mentorship of two solicitors between NQ and 2 years PQE.
From day one you will have the ability to set out your stall and case for progressing whilst not giving up access to quality M&A work.
