The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for students at the University of Nottingham to join our student staff team within the Students' Union retail outlets to work across our four stores:

This role is heavily customer service orientated. You will be expected to work to high standards and observe departmental procedures at all times.

The ideal candidates will have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably from a retail background. You will also be able to work as part of a large team within a fast-paced environment and be able to lead a small team of colleagues. You will be positive, reliable, well-motivated, able to deliver excellent customer service, support and coach others and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Full training will be given to the successful candidates.
