Purpose:


Given the aggressive roadmap, we are seeking for a Delivery Lead (12-month contract) to join the digital venture to make things happen.

Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the successful delivery of projects and initiatives within the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of deliverables.


What you will be doing:

  • Project Planning:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies.
  • Delivery Management:
  • Drive the endtoend delivery process, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the defined quality standards.
  • Motivate crossfunctional teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and alignment towards project goals. Work with the Tribe Lead to assign tasks, set priorities, and manage workload distribution to optimize team performance.
  • Risk and Issue Managemen t:
  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, and bottlenecks that may impact project delivery and track through Jira RAIDs. Develop risk mitigation plans and implement proactive measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance delivery processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to define and implement testing strategies, ensuring product quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.

What you'll need:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the payments / fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with risk management and mitigation.
  • Familiarity with fintech products, regulations, cards, payments and industry trends.
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills across all levels with an ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
