    Reporting to the designated line manager for site. The role is responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service for the Hospital / Service. The role is an important part of the administrative team within the hospital.


    Responsibilities:
    To Undertake Filing / Archiving / Photocopying services
    Minute taking of meetings as required
    To support in the co-ordination and facilitation of meetings both face to face and via remote IT systems as required
    Supporting in the management of patient monies and petty cash
    Raising of Purchase Orders and supporting with the raising of general deliveries to site as required (food, stationary, etc.)
    Supporting of reception duties where required
    Involvement and supporting with data collection and quality audits as required
    Involvement and support with work force management and off duty rotas as required
    Document information in accordance with Record keeping and Information Governance standards
    Book transport as required
    To maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with the Data Protection Act & Priory Group policy

    You will be expected to provide cover and support to the wider team and site as and when needed.

    Excellent standard of written and spoken English
    IT competence in Microsoft

    Experience
    Experience in an administrative function previously ideally in a similar setting but not essential

    Information
    Shared responsibility for the confidentiality, security and accuracy of patient records, data and information. Ensuring good quality patient documentation, which meets the Regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements.

    Safeguarding
    All colleagues have a responsibility to protect and safeguard vulnerable individuals at risk (whether children or adults).

    Colleagues must be aware of local child and adult protection procedures and who to contact within the Local Authority Safeguarding team for further advice.

    All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding awareness training and to undertake additional training appropriate to their role.
    This role will be site based and expected to be on site 100% of the time. Core office working hours are usual, but dependent on site.
