Up to £40,000 DOE
Founded in 1995, our client is a vibrant, diverse and growing group of professional services companies, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers and SME's.
Role responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- You will help to execute the next phase of our client's success roadmap. This might include everything from learning how to simplify processes to documenting the data flow into a dashboard used by the executive team.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of their reporting process, deal with external partners, and ensure that data is clean, understood, and available to teams across the group.
- You will be using Excel, Asana, Senta, SQL Server, and Microsoft PowerBI extensively to deliver reporting across the entire spectrum of this growing business.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reporting, including KPIs, management information, HR, phone metrics and CRM software
- Ability to clearly articulate business requirements through superb written and verbal skills, including a high degree of collaboration
Needed for the role of the Business Analyst:
- Experience of working in Accountancy, the Financial Services or regulatory Industries (preferred not essential)
- Ability to facilitate and manage workshops and meetings (virtual or inperson)
- Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst for 25+ years
- Agile delivery knowledge to execute projects and analyses
- Commercially aware and able to understand the business impact of your role and actions
- Selfmotivated and proactive with a dedication to giving great client service
- A focus on attention to detail and accuracy, confident and willing to learn
- Aligned with our core values of putting clients first, thinking big, working as a team and acting with integrity
- A proven track record of delivery on both large software development projects including systems and technical changes, as well as smaller individual changes
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
