Salary:
Up to £40,000 DOE


Founded in 1995, our client is a vibrant, diverse and growing group of professional services companies, who offer accounting and tax services to contractors, freelancers and SME's.

In this role, you will be supporting the Operations Director and the executive team.


Role responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • You will help to execute the next phase of our client's success roadmap. This might include everything from learning how to simplify processes to documenting the data flow into a dashboard used by the executive team.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of their reporting process, deal with external partners, and ensure that data is clean, understood, and available to teams across the group.
  • You will be using Excel, Asana, Senta, SQL Server, and Microsoft PowerBI extensively to deliver reporting across the entire spectrum of this growing business.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reporting, including KPIs, management information, HR, phone metrics and CRM software
  • Ability to clearly articulate business requirements through superb written and verbal skills, including a high degree of collaboration

Needed for the role of the Business Analyst:

  • Experience of working in Accountancy, the Financial Services or regulatory Industries (preferred not essential)
  • Ability to facilitate and manage workshops and meetings (virtual or inperson)
  • Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst for 25+ years
  • Agile delivery knowledge to execute projects and analyses
  • Commercially aware and able to understand the business impact of your role and actions
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a dedication to giving great client service
  • A focus on attention to detail and accuracy, confident and willing to learn
  • Aligned with our core values of putting clients first, thinking big, working as a team and acting with integrity
  • A proven track record of delivery on both large software development projects including systems and technical changes, as well as smaller individual changes
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
