Job Description Conveyancing Fee Earner (Paralegal or NQ Solicitor)

We are working in partnership with a prestigious law firm, who are looking to attract an experienced conveyancing fee earner to join their team as a Junior Conveyancer.

The role would suit a conveyancing paralegal with fee earning experience, an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive
Assisting with a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion including sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential properties
Liaising with, and build relationships with other professionals involved in property transactions including local estate agents
Using a conveyancing legal case management systems
Providing quotations to clients and prospective clients both verbally and in writing
A good understanding of the Conveyancing process from start to finish
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
