    About The Role

    Are you a passionate and experienced Veterinary Receptionist looking for an exciting opportunity in beautiful Broadstairs? Located by the beach with a fab, fun, and supportive team in a fast paced and busy environment and pet cuddles - What more could you want?

    Look no further Here at Briar House Vets, we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our incredible team as a Veterinary Receptionist. We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing the very best veterinary care while creating a warm and welcoming environment to our teams, our patients, and their owners. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be he friendly face and the first person our clients see when they walk through our doors, greeting clients with a smile and giving their pets a good old fussYou'll assist them with scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing general support. Your day at Briar House Vets could include:

    Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrival
    - Book appointments and arrivals
    - Help to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatment Booking in follow up appointments for the pet once they have left their initial consultation
    - Help the Vet and Nurse team with queries
    - Being responsible for paperwork being scanned onto pets digital records
    - Liaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collection
    - Ordering food and medication
    - Taking payment following treatment
    - Managing an extremely busy reception desk with efficiency and professionalism

    About You

    Ideally you will have:
    - Previous experience working as a Veterinary Receptionist
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Strong organisational abilities and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    - A genuine love for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
    - Be proficient in computer systems and software, having experience using RxWorks is a MASSIVE plus
    - Must enjoy cuddling pet - pets are everything to our amazing teams.

    About the Role:
    We are looking for full time hours over 4/5 days but this is adaptable for the right candidate
