- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.

- Collaborate with the Customer Experience Platform product team to design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics solutions for the client.
- Develop and customise Dynamics applications, ensuring optimal performance and integration with existing systems.
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to understand client needs, translating them into technical solutions within the Dynamics platform.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving related to Dynamics CRM implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Dynamics solutions with other enterprise applications.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.
- Strong proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and plugins.
- Experience in Scrum framework and Jira software.
- Experience in integrating Dynamics with other business applications.
- Solid understanding of CRM architecture, security models, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 per annum (pro rata) based on experience.
- Fixed-term contract for 3 months with potential to extend.
- Hybrid work model with the flexibility of remote work and on-site presence as needed.
