Description

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated manager to join the therapies team at Northampton General Hospital.

The therapies service encompasses inpatient adult therapy services, Hand therapy and the Enablement centre (artificial limb fitting centre).

The deputy head of therapies & enablement centre role is one of two roles of its kind, between whom, all therapy services are operationally managed.

We are moving to a model of 'Inpatient lead' and 'outpatient lead' enabling managers to focus on specific service(s) to help to provide direction and drive improvement.

We are looking to recruit a manager to lead the inpatient service initially, with the opportunity longer term to experience managing outpatients.
