Hotel Receptionist - Inverness, United Kingdom - Royal Highland Hotel
Description
As one of the oldest former Railway Hotels in Scotland, established in 1856 and situated in Inverness, the Capital of the Highlands, we are seeking to expand our Front of House Team.
You play a crucial role as the initial and final point of contact for our guests, shaping their overall experience during their stay.
Key responsibilities will entail guest check-ins/outs, cash management, interacting with guests in various forms (in-person, phone, email), handling reservations, utilizing computer systems, performing administrative tasks, and other assigned duties.
Prior experience in a similar setting would be beneficial, although comprehensive training will be provided.
Working hours will fall between 6 am and 10 pm on a rotational basis, with shifts scheduled within this timeframe to accommodate business requirements.
The remuneration is higher than the minimum wage, inclusive of a pension plan and provision of meals while on duty.
