We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join the fantastic team


The role will be based at a 120-bed Housing nursing home which is part of a larger campus that offers dementia, personal, and nursing care.

The home is split across three units each managed by a Nursing Care Manager.


You should be:


  • An inspirational leader for our company values and vision.
  • Experienced in managing budgets and revenue streams
  • Be experienced managing a team of managers, and able to delegate whilst maintaining accountability
  • Someone unafraid of change and happy to embrace new technologies and ways of working
  • Familiar with all legislation and statutory requirements concerning the provision of care
  • Hold an RMA /NVQ 4/ ILM 5, or Registered nurse qualification
  • Experienced in managing difficult situations with stakeholders and staff
