Labour Hire are looking for a BENCH JOINER/CABINET MAKER for a well established company in HALIFAX.About You:

- Work independently under own motivation and manage time effectively across tasks.
- Be able to work as part of a team & be ready to install as part of our site crew as required.
- Punctual and reliable at all times with a flexible approach to working schedule as we often are required to produce items on short lead times.
- Confident and polite within the team and customer facing situations.
- Several years' experience in commercial joinery manufacture, in furniture/interiors/shopfitting manufacturing environment etc.
- Experience in manufacturing reception desks & bars, booth seating, banquette seating, cabinets, vanity units, wall panelling, display units etc.
- Competent and experienced in operating general machinery such as Surface Planer, Edge Banders, Rip Saws, Panel Saws, Thicknessers
- Experience using Handheld power tools such as Routers/Sanders
- CNC experience would be an advantage but not essential
- PPE required
Minimum of 5 years bench joinery experience, workshop manufacture etc.
About the role:
- Hours: Monday
- Friday 08:0016:30
- Pay rate: £1520 per hour (dependant on experience)
- The client specializes in highend, bespoke joinery manufacture and installation of commercial interiors, primarily in hospitality, retail, education & leisure.
- Manufacturing reception desks & bars, booth seating, banquette seating, cabinets, vanity units, wall panelling, display units etc.
- Permanent position for the right canididate
- Start: ASAP.
