Technical Author


The Technical Author & Quality Controller will provide support to the mechanical design engineers and to take ownership of the machine operation & instruction manuals, including issuing product specific changes where required.

Compilation of build manuals, spares lists, and technical customer focused documentation such as product datasheets, operating manuals, installation, maintenance, and commissioning manuals.

A creative attitude required, utilising tools within the Solidworks platform for graphical output. In addition to the above, the role will also contain aspects of marketing and communications publications.

Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£35,003.46-£45,108.81 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Chesterfield, S45 9AG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- machinery writing: 2 years (required)
