~ Assisting the Head Chef with refreshing menus at regular intervals and collaborating with the F&B Manager and General Manager on the implementation of any new menu, including providing detailed food costs
Responsible for food preparation and cooking within the hotel kitchen, ensuring recipes are followed consistently to maintain quality and cost control
Assisting the Head Chef in ensuring all kitchen staff are trained on dish specification and how to achieve food margins
Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and managing staff rosters, holiday and sickness leave
Adhering to health & safety policies at all times
Given the hotel's location, candidates must have reliable personal transportation.
