The Global iProspect Team is hyper-growing.Following the award of a key Luxury global account to our agency starting in 2022, the team is welcoming new talents to work for Luxury and Beauty clients , in a team based in our London office.
A key position in our team is the Global Planning and Account Manager.This role is directly managing a client's brand campaigns globally for luxury fashion brand (Alexander) McQueen
Alexander Mcqueen is a luxury fashion brand founded in London in 1992 by designer Lee Alexander McQueen.
The brand gained early fame for controversial and shocking designs, earning McQueen the nickname "enfant terrible, as well as mainstream success from 90s designs such as the "bumster" pants.
The Kering Group acquired the brand with a majority stakehold in 2000, helping enable global expansion.
After McQueen's passing in 2010, Sarah Burton took over as Creative Director having worked with McQueen for a number of years, and she notably designed Duchess Kate Middleton's wedding dress.
The brand is entering an exciting new era, with a new creative director, Sean McGirr, taking over from Sarah Burton, his first collection debuting in Paris in February 2024.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to own the day to day running of the campaigns and media activity for McQueen, working with local and central teams to bring to life the brand strategy and vision.
Responsibilities will include supporting the brand lead in defining the media strategy and media principles, owning and leading the media planning, distributing to central and local teams so to provide an integrated media response, project managing the Go Live of the campaign gathering and analyzing the campaign response for learnings and constant improvement.
The role will be supported by two junior roles split across 12+ international markets to assist in coordination, delivery and best-in-class processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwns the day to day relationship with the client, managing correspondence, calls and delivery.
Actively engages and maintains relationships with the Client media leads, the agency Brand lead, and the Central and local activation teams.
Transforms a direction of media planning into a fully-fledged media plan, including tactics, expert coordination, local market coordination, quality check, challenge of responses.
Coordinates the production of the agency response to brief, go live of the campaign and reporting of such activity, both in Branding and Performance media.
This involves working closely with specialist media teams on output.
Nurtures relationships with key media owners to be informed and up to date on key opportunities, worldwide, for its client.
Delivery of proactive thinking and projects across the account.
Coordination of two junior members of staff across the above with responsibilities divided across markets.
