- To maintain the gardens and grounds, ensuring hotel, spa , lodges and clubhouse areas aremaintained to the desired standards on a daily basis. Shrub beds and borders to be maintainedas directed.
- General maintenance duties; grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and weeding as directed.
- Maintain high standards of customer care at all times.
- Understand the Trump Turnberry policy on Health and Safety and to ensure that all dutiesperformed are carried out with full regard to the safety of customers, visitors, contractors andother employees; work within the Health & Safety, COSHH, Risk Assessment and HAVSassessment guidelines at all times.
- To operate grass cutting machinery safely and effectively; care and maintenance of machineryand the reporting of loss or damage to the Workshop Manager according to policy andprocedure.
- To accept training and instruction to further skill set.
- Any other duties that may be required on the golf courses or around the estate Candidate Requirements
- Self-motivation and projecting a positive approach to work.
- The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be a team player with a keen eye for attention to detail with the ability to understand and carry out instructions
- Reliable.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch with use of manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment.
- Position requires walking; must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hoursin length. Length of time of these tasks may vary from day to day and task to task.
- Evidence of working outside throughout all seasons is desirable
- Literate & numerate
- Driving license (desirable )
