Infinite Talent have a cracking opportunity to work with a leading business that really do punch above their weight with some of the most recognised names within the retail industry.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Qualified Finance Business Partner to their already established finance team.
Based out of their Head Office, just outside Leeds City Centre, this will be a hands-on role for someone who is not scared to get their hands dirty You will be a valued Business Partner tasked with making real business influencing decisions.
You will also be responsible for anything Management Accounting related, you will be the go-to person responsible for all the reporting, forecasting and the completing of the management accounts packs for the group, you will also have a small team of Assistant Management Accountants, who will be there to support and aid you every day.
A special part of this role is that you will have influence over these individuals by acting as mentor which in turn will be hugely beneficial to their careers.
In addition to this, you will have a real supportive SLT team, where you'll be able to share ideas and what good looks like.
All the standard type of work is expected here and nothing out of the ordinary, but the one thing that really makes this Finance Business Partner job stand out is the people I have personally worked on a number of opportunities of a similar title, but this one really turned my head.
