The FCA regulated division of Knight Frank comprises Debt Advisory, Equity Advisory and Financial Modelling teams working as a combined unit, allowing for a holistic understanding of all aspects of real estate funding.
Main duties will be providing an effective and efficient support service to the Department and Teams Heads and managing the daily operations of the department.
We are looking for someone who can deal with a range of responsibilities, who is also highly organised and proactive with a high level of personal initiative.
Responsibilities
EA Support to Team Heads
- Board Management meetings, supporting Chair setting up meetings / preparation of documents for distribution / attending / minuting / following up / chase actions.
- Corporate travel arrangements; Nationally and Internationally
- Expense Management
- Development of operational strategies to support team growth and client relationships
Business Management
- Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, managers and employees
- IT liaison to help troubleshoot system errors
- Provide adhoc assistance to other business support
- Management of spring and autumn business planning process.
- Financial Management:
- Billed and unbilled debtor management
- Monthly travel sign off, signing off costs, database subscriptions, supplier invoice processing
- Expense claim management for the department
- Referral coordination
Team Management
- Line management of business support within team (typically 1 or 2 people) and delegate where necessary
- New Starter Induction manage the process of new starters
- Training responsible for managing training process i.e. ensure all teams mandatory training is up to date.
- Working Life
- Early Careers management proactively assessing the needs of the department for graduates / work experience / interns / apprentices / secondees.
- Appraisals
- Assisting with team marketing tasks, including EDMs through the DotDigital system
- Being aware of all current projects to ensure the best possible service is provided
Experience Required
- 5+ years experience in similar operations or administrative role
- Proficient using Microsoft office
