    Land & New homes
    The local area New Homes Partner is a key member of the Group Land & New Homes team.

    They will work as part of the Regional Land & New Homes Leadership Team, to deliver both the performance and the strategic requirements of our hub based programme, within their own area of responsibility.

    The role will require working in close collaboration with other business unit leaders, functional heads, business partners and teams across the Group to deliver outstanding performance in line with our Purpose, Vision and Values and our stated strategic ambitions.

    The role holder will maximise business opportunities both directly and through a team of people in their hub location. The Land & New homes Team

    The Group Land & New Homes Team is responsible for delivering a National, fully integrated planning, consultancy, land and new homes sales service.

    Excellence of service, operational consistency and high quality advice is at the core of the Land & New Homes team`s approach, in order to delight each and every customer and generate maximum value for Countrywide.

    land sales and acquisitions, planning consultancy, new homes distribution, financial services, conveyancing
    Deliver budgeted/forecasted performance targets
    Work with other business units to capture commercial cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and demonstrably
    You will have been a valued member of a high performing business unit, within an Estate Agency background and with New Homes/Developer experience
    You will have a strong track record in B2B sales with an outstanding commercial acumen and local market knowledge
    You will have experience of building and leading a high performing team in fast paced and demanding environment and will also have land transaction knowledge / competency
    You will have P&L management and HR process / policy understanding
    You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, to inspire others and strong management skills, to maximise performance
