    The Role:

    As our detail-orientated Artworker, you will be responsible for preparing and finalising designs created by our Designers for production. This role involves meticulous attention to detail and a strong understanding of design software to ensure that all artwork is consistent, accurate, and adheres to brand guidelines.The work you create will be seen globally, and help us launch our products to existing and new markets.

    You'll work on-site in our London HQ 3 days per week, with 2 days per week available to work from home.

    Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Designers and to refine and prepare designs for print or digital output.
  • Make necessary modifications to text, images, and layouts to meet production requirements.
  • Ensure all visual elements are correctly formatted, including colour correction and typography adjustments.
  • Create mock-ups and design graphics as needed, ensuring consistency across various platforms.
  • Manage and update an in-house image library, archiving old files, photos, and design work.
  • Proof check designs for visual and linguistic errors before final approval.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance to the design team, liaising with external printers as needed.
  • Uphold all Nothing brand guidelines being the internal champion for consistency
  • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Artworker with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a design agency, creative agency, print house, or in-house team is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Excellent retouching and visualisation skills, with an eye for detail
  • Strong layout and typography skills, and familiarity with fonts
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and external partners
  • A track record of working closely with senior account managers and account executives
  • Time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines, and ad hoc briefs
  • Knowledge of print design and cross-platform work for digital media is a must.
