    About the role

    Our Customer Operations team is hiring for a Customer Operations Administrator. This is a brand new, integral role, sitting as part of our Customer Operations team. You will provide crucial support to the functioning of our Customer Operations team including the processing of enquiries key to meeting our obligations surrounding compliance, financial reconciliation and customer renewals.

    What you'll get up to:

    • Maintain customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Generate reports on customer interactions, order status, and other relevant metrics as required.
    • Assist in documentation and record-keeping tasks, including filing, data entry, and archiving.
    • Collaborate closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer-related activities.
    • Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the customer operations department and contribute ideas for enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Participate in team meetings and discussions to share insights and best practices.

    About you:

    • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adept in technology (various systems will be used).
    • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
