£500 £600 per day (inside IR35)
Service Owner - Roadmap, CI, Stakeholders

Our customer has identified the need for a Service Owner to take ownership of several identified services and assess the business impact and importance of each one.

This requires management from a service perspective and not a technical one.


Responsibilities :
Operate at scale and provide the connection between multidisciplinary business areas and stakeholders.
Ensure the necessary business processes are followed.
Own the governance of the services, including acting as a point of escalation for the delivery teams.
Own the budget and allocate funding to areas of the service based on decisions about priorities.
Communicate the benefits and performance of your service.
Be responsible for the successful operation and continuous improvement of the services.

Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience as a Service Owner within a DDaT focussed environment.
Able to ensure services are fit-for-purpose.
Experience in developing and maintaining service roadmaps.
Previous experience of service ownership within the public sector is desirable but not essential.
