    Corporate Sales Associate, EMEA

    Location: Maidenhead office (hybrid role with minimum 1-2 days per week onsite)

    Contract Length: 12 months with potential for extension

    You'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Director of Corporate Sales. Your role will be instrumental in executing their corporate sales strategy and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare presentations, reports, documentation, and meeting materials to support corporate sales initiatives.
    • Take comprehensive notes and action items during internal and customer-facing meetings.
    • Coordinate effectively between marketing, product, finance, sales, and other teams to facilitate smooth operations.
    • Translate strategies and feedback into actionable plans and concise summaries.
    • Organise and lead sales review sessions and meetings to drive productivity and efficiency.
    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication channels.
    • Demonstrate initiative in handling administrative and project tasks as needed.
    • Assist in preparing presentation materials, reports, and documentation for both internal and external meetings.
    • Support the Corporate Strategy and Execution Manager in managing documentation and records related to sales strategies and program initiatives.
    • Provide high-level support to the Director of Corporate Sales, including calendar management and meeting coordination.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in consulting or client-facing roles.
    • Proficiency with MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to distill complex information and take independent action when necessary.
    • Previous experience in consulting, technology, or program management roles is preferred.

    This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned sales managers and gain valuable insights into the sales process. While sales experience is beneficial, they are primarily seeking individuals with strong administrative and organisational skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential for this role, as you'll play a key role in supporting our Director of Corporate Sales.
