Our Client is very succesful within the social housing sector. They deliver design and build projects, property maintenance and a range of refurbishment services. Due to demand, they are looking to recruit a Permanent Resident Liaison Officer for their projects from Gloucestershire to Wiltshire

You will be responsible for liaising with Tenants, Supervisors/Site Managers and the Client regarding access and programme of works for their Retrofit contract across the region.

Works will include EWI, replacement windows, re-roofing, loft insulation and installation of Solar and Heat Source pumps etc. Contacting neighbourhood housing associations and establishing working relations
Conducting surveys
Flexibility to travel to scattered properties
Must have previous experience of working as an TLO/RLO on social housing projects.
CSCS card desirable but not essential
Full UK Driving Licence
28k Plus 3k car allowance Plus Site Mileage Plus package
