The Mortgage Advisor RoleAs a Mortgage Advisor, it will be your responsibility to assist clients in securing the best mortgage product that is tailored to their specific needs and financial circumstances.You'll receive booked in appointments that have been pre-qualified by the customer support team, you will also have a dedicated administration team to support each of your cases post application.Mortgage Advisor Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking new build mortgages, working 1 in 3 Saturdays & 1 later finish per week, to offer advice at peak times.
• Build and maintain relationships with new build sites making monthly visits to your clients
• Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility for new build mortgage products.
• Analyse and compare mortgage products from various lenders.
