About the role
This is a permanent, full time role. Predominantly Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 although a level of flexibility will be required based on business needs.
The role holder will be required to be part of the Out of Hours Support Team. This involves being available to answer customer calls and support our technicians. This is on a shift Rota basis and can be fulfilled without curtailing normal home life.
As a Customer Support Advisor based out of our Newcastle depot, your responsibility will be to work closely with the Innstay team to ensure that customer accounts and products are supported pro-actively and effectively to their full potential.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Data input.
- Sending contracts out to customers.
- Ensuring customer payments are made on time.
- Actively keeping in touch with our existing customers to ensure they have optimal service.
- Reviewing and managing customer accounts
- Maintaining accurate records of customers using our CRM system
- Answering incoming telephone calls from existing and prospective customers
- Administrative support to the Innstay team.
Essential Experience
- Selfmotivated with a sense of pride in doing a god job.
- Computer literacy, knowledge of excel, office, Google Docs etc.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident in telephone and electronic communication.
- Qualifications in Business Administration preferred but not essential.

From £20,500.00 per year
