We are currently recruiting for a fantastic company based in High Wycombe.

We are looking for a bright, motivated and conscientous Administrator with good IT skills in PowerPoint and Word to support a team with a wide range of admin duties to a busy salesteam.


This role is based 4 days a week in High Wycombe with 1 day a week travel to the London office.

£23k - £30k depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

Duties include

  • Confidently receive and forward sales calls to relevant sales contacts within the business
  • Coordinate tender responses
  • Assist with the preparation of tender handover
  • Create, update templates for NDA, PQQ, tender and interview documentation
  • Diary management for the Sales Team booking appointments, ensuring individuals have relevant information for each appointment/meeting
  • Book events, attendance at training, meeting rooms, restaurants, transport and accommodation for the team as requested
  • Creation and management of the sales teams' presentations
  • Set up, copy, scan and store documents ensuring internal databases are updated as required.
  • Assist with coordinating and sourcing of client entertainment and events
  • To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
  • Attend sales meetings when required, taking and distribution of meeting minutes
Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 GCSE's A
  • C grade including Maths and English
  • Experience in Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of programmes such as Kanva would be advantageous
  • Experience of using customer databases and creating reports
  • Good spoken/written communication skills, excellent telephone manner
  • Positive, confident, and friendly attitude

  • Fast learner
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure
  • Reliable
