What would your day look like?

  • You'll report into the Azure/M365 Engineering Manager and support and assist with the following activities:
  • The delivery of engineering development and change activities derived from the CX:CaP Pillar backlog associated with the following products
  • Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Compliance Centre, Microsoft Security Centre, Microsoft Azure Portal,Microsoft Exchange Online, Azure Sentinel
  • Change oversight over wider M365 Platform, Azure and other supporting network and infrastructure changes derived from the Pillar
  • Horizon scanning and impact assessment of upcoming Microsoft change via interface with key stakeholders and Pillar Leadership Team; plus management of the corporate first release programme to facilitate change management

What do we expect of you?

  • Experience and/or understanding of Azure & M365 engineering activities
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure
  • M365/Azure stack and product understanding
  • Understanding of change management in complex environments
  • Experience of service management and support activities, including incident and problem management
  • Experience working successfully in a complex matrix organisation
  • A passion and interest to develop a career in cloud
