The School of Education, Humanities & Languages at Oxford Brookes University seeks to appoint a Teaching Fellow in History as cover for a lecturer who is on maternity leave. The successful candidate will have experience of teaching History at undergraduate level. They will be a enthusiastic teacher who communicates well with students, has particular expertise in the history of the United States and a willingness to teach on skills modules. The successful candidate must hold – or be close to the completion of – a doctorate in a relevant field.In addition to teaching, you will participate in recruitment activities, offer pastoral support to a diverse body of students, and have a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
