Job Specifics
Reporting to: Camp Manager
Contract: Seasonal work during school holidays
Working Hours: Weekdays from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Full season and part-season positions are available.
Position Overview
As an Early Years Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the Early Years program at the camp, ensuring a fun, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Your role extends beyond overseeing activities to actively participating in and organizing sports, arts, crafts, and games for the young campers. The emphasis is on engagement, quality, and meeting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
Under the guidance of the Camp Manager, you will play a crucial role in caring for 4- and 5-year-olds, maintaining their well-being, and meeting all regulatory standards. Communication with parents and guardians, ensuring compliance with Ofsted requirements, and coordinating the Early Years team to deliver top-notch childcare are core responsibilities.
