- Preferably CIBSE but not essential
- Consulting/design background
- Minimum 4 years experience
- Good organisational skills, a team player and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCad
- Sound IT capability
- Current, full clean driving licence.
- Good project management skills, specification and report writing.

Responsibilities* 25 days annual leave (increasing by 1 day per annum upto a max of 30 days)
Upto £34,000 to include company car/car allowance
