This Senior Finance Business Partner will be coming in to lead two existing Finance Business Partners.

Reporting to the Head of Finance this individual with be responsible for three key areas; the Financial Planning and Business Partnering, project leadership and wider finance tasks.

You will be responsible for managing two key contracts, working closely with the budget holders you will provide the budgeting, forecasting and management accounts.

You will help to support two Finance Business Partners who will work closely besides you.
Consolidate the monthly financial report for review; bringing together the work of the two Business Partners and yourself.
Develop KPIs, profitability analysis and tender returns.
Propose process improvements and policies for the wider team.
Step in for the Head of Finance when necessary.

You will lead on projects & help to lead them through a new system change- helping to select which system might be suitable.

Must be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Must have advanced business partnering skills.
Project management skills would be advantageous.
2 day in office per week (one fixed, one flexible)
