Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality and safety of facilities.
• Execute electrical and mechanical PPM tasks, leveraging skills where applicable, to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct minor building repairs, addressing issues such as plastering, painting, and carpentry to maintain the structural integrity of premises.
• Perform fabric repairs to fixtures and fittings, ensuring a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment.
• Undertake plumbing works including drainage tasks, resolving issues to prevent water damage and maintain sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and external contractors as necessary to complete maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of tools and equipment, to promote a safe working environment.Demonstrated experience in maintenance operations, with proficiency in electrical and mechanical systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Practical skills in building repairs and fabric maintenance, including proficiency in basic carpentry, painting, and plastering.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and experience in conducting plumbing repairs and drainage works.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and contractors.
