Description
We are recruiting for a Recruitment Specialist to work with our fantastic client for a 6 month fixed term contract with scope to go permanent thereafter.
You would be responsible for the creation of internal development schemes and recruitment vehicles such as mental health trainee scheme, or relevant apprenticeships.
Core Responsibilities
- Working with hiring managers to support them to plan recruitment needs and activities for their areas of responsibility
- Working with key hiring managers to identify forthcoming workforce recruitment needs for all key departments and identify forthcoming recruitment needs in relation to growth and turnover
- Developing and implementing improved uses of technology and social media to accelerate hiring and target appropriate audiences
- Supporting the HR Manager with mobilisation planning for new bids or service expansion
- Working with the HR team to identify options to reduce turnover and implement staff retention planning initiatives
- Supporting managers to review and develop most effective job descriptions and person specifications for each role
- Reviewing, designing and implementing, effective recruitment marketing and advertising strategies
- Working with the HR team to review and improve recruitment processes, ensuring managers are trained and confident in carrying our revised requirements.
Hybrid working, office either in Norwich or Great Yarmouth, with some home working
