- Ensuring all guests and customers are greeted warmly upon arrival.
- Maintaining a high level of integrity, courtesy and professionalism at all times in dealing with guests, employees and outside contacts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service when greeting and welcoming all guests and escorting them to chauffeurs and departure platforms.
- Coordinating luggage collection and transfer operations, including manual handling, ensuring that all bags are properly tagged and that guests' luggage is placed in cabins as quickly as possible.
- Keeping management well informed of all guest concerns and complaints, and taking action where needed.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry, is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
- Personable approach, genuine personality and generous spirit.
- Experience in resolving customer issues/complaints.
