We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Finance Administrator to join our manufacturing client in their rural offices outside Cheltenham


Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with the invoicing process; ensuring sales orders are correctly administered to ensure customer satisfaction and assist effective credit control

Organising international freight

Assisting with customer queries when required


Key Attributes:

Highly numerate with previous finance experience including sales and purchase ledgers

A strong degree of accuracy is essential, with an eye for detail

Ability to work effectively in a varied evolving role in a fast-paced environment with ability to juggle multiple priorities

A self-starter with a confident, organised and methodical approach

Experience in manufacturing or warehousing business with international shipping is desirable

Microsoft Office experience is needed. Previous experience in Sage or similar system would be ideal
