    Job Title:

    Account DirectorLocation: Central London, hybridSalary: £65,000 - £70,000Skills: Client, Agency, Production, Stakeholders, Retail, ShopperMy client is one of the biggest Global Production Agencies and they are now looking to onboard another Account Director for one of their largest clients, who sit within the Tobacco sector.

    As part of the future leadership the Account Director will support the Group Account Director, while working closely with senior Clients, Creative Agency, and Internal stakeholders.

    The role will focus on providing exceptional service, building long-term relationships, and contributing to future leadership planning.

    The Account Director will be responsible for managing the growth and maintenance of Global Toolkit initiatives and key Client relationships, collaborating with internal and external teams to streamline content production.

    A strong understanding of the shopper environment, creative and production processes, and adaptation across all media platforms will be essential for success in this role.

    The ideal candidate will come with the following experienceExtensive experience in a similar position (Production within Advertising/Marketing)Experience working within a retailer / shopper clients clientsYou will need experience managing direct reportsExperience working on large scale and time sensitive productionsExperience producing multi-channel campaignsAgency experience is beneficialThey have an office based in Central London and can offer hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 day working from home a week.

    Salary-wise they can offer between £65,000 - £70,000, depending on background and experience.
