Working for a property company

  • Credit Controller 3 month temporary contract

About Our Client:

  • Must be an excellent communicator, proactive with a "can do" attitude. Possess exceptional work
ethics and willingness to go that extra mile over and beyond to achieve performance targets. Ideally a
self-starter who can work independently on day-to-day tasks.

  • Solid experience in Credit Control ideally on a supervisory level with some exposure to
general Finance

  • Results and numbers oriented
  • Ability to create reports/excel data presentation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to work
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Performs well in a standalone role as well as part of a team
  • Selfstarter
  • Proactive and hands on approach
  • Flexibility and agility

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A solid foundation in Accounting & Finance.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A good understanding of the property industry.
