Pure are pleased to be recruiting a Management Accountant role for a fast growing Group of businesses based in Braintree, Essex.

As a dynamic group based across the UK and Europe our client is a leading international player in their market, offering a first class service to its customers.

The main purpose of the Finance Manager is to maintain and draft the reporting of accounting activities, ensuring financial reports are prepared in an accurate and timely manner allowing for Financial Controller review and commentary to stakeholders.


The role:

  • Report to the FC with timely and accurate financial information ready for review and wider reporting
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting and operations processes and reporting
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported
  • Support implementation of system controls to comply with government regulations and legislation
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Liaison between the business units and finance
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations
  • Management of team of accounts assistants
  • Experience in a similar level role with senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Proactive, personable with an analytical and logical mindset.
  • Strong IT skills i.e. advanced Excel user with the ability to use pivot tables, v look ups, If formulas, etc.
