Our client based in Central Manchester are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist on a permanent basis...- Answering, screening, and forwarding any incoming phone calls and ensuring an accurate message is conveyed to internal staff
- Being a key point of contact for the team
- Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
- Prepare and maintain meeting rooms
- Perform general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
Requirements:
- Excellent time management skills
- Friendly telephone manner
- Selfmotivated and positive attitude
- Confident and professional
- Hardworking and committed to the role and the organization
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hours:
9am - 5.30pm Mon - Fri
Location:
Manchester City Centre - Office Based
Salary:
up to £27,500
Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays & pension scheme
