An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor has arisen within a growing, ambitious company who are a widely recognised and highly regarded UK wide Wholesaler.


This is a busy and fast-paced role that gives the opportunity to be valued within a friendly and supportive team and stability within a company that promotes staff well-being.

Currently located in Borehamwood and moving to Welwyn Garden City at the end of June.

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9-5 Fridays 9-4.

Key responsibilities:


  • Answering a highvolume of incoming telephone calls from existing customers
  • Contacting existing customers or prospective customers, to inform them products and promotions
  • To maximise upselling/crossselling opportunities
  • Provide formal customer quotations

  • 2 years + office-based customer service experience
  • Have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
  • Enjoy speaking to customers on the telephone
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Work well in a fastpaced environment
  • Have the ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Hardworking and dedicated
  • Have a high level of literacy and numeracy
  • Have experience of effectively utilising ICT
  • Keen to learn new skills and take on responsibilities
