We have fantastic opportunity for a Complaints Advisor to work alongside our dedicated Customer Service Team where you will be reporting to the Complaints Manager.

With our excellent team of in house Emergency Call Handlers we maintain our own 24/7/365 Alarm Receiving Centre, along with our own Mobile Response Team.
What you will be responsible for:
Managing a caseload of complaints, logging compliments and safeguarding on the respective registers
Undertaking root cause analysis of complaints where required
Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and in compliance with company policies and procedures
You will strive to deliver the highest standard of customer service and promote a positive experience for our clients.

Strong Problem solving skills
Show initiative and energy
Patience and understanding when dealing with customers
Ability to work under pressure
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient IT skills
Accuracy when processing data
