CRM Executive - London - Hybrid


Our client is a UK giant retailer and is looking for a CRM Executive to join the CRM team and take responsibility for the day-to-day execution of both automated and ad hoc comms across multiple channels.

The ideal CRM executive will have a strong understandingof customer needs, use data effectively and deliver high quality communications on time.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Senior CRM Executives owning the end to end campaign process
  • Use insights, data and testing to find opportunities for optimisation
  • Performance monitoring
  • Collaborating with the Creative, Merchandising, Buying and Insights teams
  • Collate data for monthly reporting and present project statuses

Skills Required:


  • 12 years' CRM experience
  • A passion for customer experience
  • Strong relationship management skills with multiple teams/ collaborative skills
